Who we are
Blab Fitness (“Blab,” “we,” “us”) is a fitness community website at blabfitness.com. The site is operated by VitaVibrations LLC, doing business as Blab Fitness. You can reach us at vitamin@blabfitness.com or by mail at VitaVibrations LLC, doing business as Blab Fitness, 4539 N 22nd St #4737, Phoenix, AZ 85016.
This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, what is shown publicly, and the choices you have. We have tried to write it in plain English. If something is unclear, please contact us.
What we collect
We collect information you give us when you sign up at /join/ and when you use the site. There are three signup paths: Journey writer, Pro, and Member.

Information collected automatically
When you visit the site, our hosting provider and its security firewall automatically log technical information such as your IP address, the date and time of your visit, the pages you request, the referring page, and your browser type. We use this information to run and protect the site.
On the map page, the “Locate me” feature uses your device’s location only after your browser asks for your permission. See “Cookies and similar technologies” below.
What is public and what is private
Please read this section carefully. Some of what you give us is displayed on the public website.
- Username: never shown publicly.
- Email and password: never shown publicly.
- Journey writers and Members: first name only is shown. Last names are not collected for these paths.
- Pros: first and last name, profession(s), city/state, credentials (as provided), and social links are shown publicly on your Pro listing.
- Journey details (gender, age range, diet, exercise, hours per week): all of these are shown publicly on your Journey.
Planned features
We plan to add features that may be offered in a future version of the site. If and when they are offered, this policy covers them. A Journey form may include:
- Fitness goals
- A free-text story
- Links
- The Pros you worked with
- An option to choose a public screen name
- Optional before/after photos
Photos. Before/after photos are optional. Before uploading, you will be asked to confirm that you are 18 or older, that you own the photos (or have the rights to share them), and that you agree to their public display on Blab. You can remove your photos at any time. When you remove a photo, the photo files are deleted from the site. Copies may remain in our hosting provider’s backups for up to about 30 days before they are overwritten. We automatically remove location data and other hidden photo details from photos when you upload them.
Fitness goals, stories, and photos can reveal personal details about your body and health. Please share only what you are comfortable making public.
How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- Create and manage your account
- Display your Journey, Member, or Pro profile as described above
- Review and approve Pro listings
- Send signup verification and administrative emails
- Keep the site working, secure, and free of spam and abuse
- Respond to your questions and requests
- Understand how the site is used, in aggregate, so we can improve it
We do not use your information to give medical advice. Blab does not provide medical advice.
Emails we send
We send email for:
- Signup verification
- Administrative notifications (for example, account or listing status)
Site email is sent through our hosting provider’s mail server. A log of sent emails is kept for about 14 days. We do not use a third-party email service.
Blab does not send marketing or newsletter email. If that changes, we will update this policy and offer a way to opt out.
Service providers
We use outside services to run the site. These providers may process personal information on our behalf as needed to provide their services:
- ChemiCloud – web hosting
- Imunify360 – website security
- Rank Math Pro – search engine optimization (SEO) plugin. Through Rank Math, we use Google Search Console to see how the site appears in Google search; it reports aggregate search data.
- Google Analytics – we may use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, in aggregate.
- Google Fonts – the site’s fonts load from Google, which receives your IP address.
- Google Maps – used on the map page.
Cookies and similar technologies
The site uses cookies and similar technologies. These may include:
- Standard WordPress login and session cookies, set when members sign in, which are needed to stay signed in
- Cookies that Google Maps and our hosting provider’s security firewall may set
- Analytics cookies, if Google Analytics is used
We do not use advertising cookies. You can block cookies in your browser settings, but signing in requires cookies, so blocking them will prevent sign-in.
Sharing
We share information only as described in this policy: with the public (for content you choose to display, as described above), with service providers who help us run the site, and when we believe it is required by law or needed to protect the safety of our users, the public, or the site.
- Blab does not sell personal information.
- Blab does not share personal information for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising.
- Blab does not display third-party ads.
- Blab does not take payments at this time.
If Blab is ever sold, merged, or transferred, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
Public content warning
Anything you make public on Blab, including your first name, Journey details, stories, links, photos, and Pro listing details, can be seen by anyone, copied, saved, or shared by others, and may be indexed by search engines. Removing content from Blab removes it from our site, but we cannot control copies others may have made or search engine caches.
Your choices
- Edit your information: you can update your profile information on your account page.
- Remove photos: you can remove before/after photos at any time. Removal deletes the files from the site.
- Delete your account: email vitamin@blabfitness.com to request account deletion. We will delete your account and its data within 30 days of your request.
- Pro listings: Pros can ask us to update or remove their listing by contacting vitamin@blabfitness.com.
Retention
We keep personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to run the site, and we delete account data within 30 days after an account closes. Backups roll off within about 30 days, and server and security logs roll off within 90 days.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect information, including security tooling from our hosting environment. No website or method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of your information. Please use a strong, unique password and keep it private.
Age
Blab is intended for people who are 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone younger. If you believe someone under this age has created an account, please contact us at vitamin@blabfitness.com and we will review and remove the account as appropriate.
State privacy rights
You can email vitamin@blabfitness.com to ask to see, correct, or delete your personal information. We will respond within 30 days.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top. If we make significant changes, we will announce them with a notice on the site and an email to members.
